Jean Jacques:

A renowned perfumer with a passion for music, Jean was the ideal person to bring the dreamy, woody Piano Santal to life through scent. For Jean, perfume is an essential emotional medium, sometimes synonymous with comfort, attachment, or protection. It was a true joy to meet such a unique and passionate artist, and to have had the opportunity to witness the creation of this major work for our orchestra.

Edouard Ferlet:

Edouard Ferlet began playing piano at the age of seven and studied classical music at the École Normale de Musique de Paris, then at the regional conservatory, while also participating in several jazz workshops. He went to Boston to study jazz with renowned professors. For years, he played in numerous prestigious projects, exploring both jazz and classical repertoires, creating sublime fusions and a body of work acclaimed by critics and audiences alike. He was named a Knight of the Order of Arts and Letters in January 2010.
