Nest ships all orders directly from South Melbourne, Victoria.

We offer complimentary shipping on all orders over 80$.

We ship with Australia Post and are currently experiencing some delays.

All online orders received Monday-Friday are shipped within 24 hours. Weekend online orders are shipped out every Monday.

Clients are provided with tracking details as soon as items are shipped and all parcels are tracked by Nest

Please note that our carriers will require a signature upon delivery. If you're not at home, the parcel will be taken to your local post office, where you can collect with photo identification. 

Click & Collect

We’ve introduced Click & Collect in store. That means you can still order the product online, and pick up from our store.

Click & Collect orders usually take 2 hours to be processed.

You will receive a collection notification email when the order is ready to be picked up. Make sure you bring your collection notification or photo ID.
