Exchange Policy
If you change your mind, or decide that the goods you have purchased are not appropriate, we are happy to exchange those goods for you or issue you with a credit note to the same value. All exchanges must be presented to or sent back to the store within 14 days of receiving the goods.
If you think that your garment or item is faulty, please email us directly at hello@nesthomewares.com.au and attach relevant photos or visit us in store in South Melbourne and we will be more than happy to assist you.
All sale or promotional items are final and will not be accepted for return, exchange or credit note.
